is the face the unfinished last level? once I got all the mushrooms out it kept telling me to use the knife. eventually I cut the eyeball, and it told me to use the needle, but there was nothing left to stitch :(. I assumed the unfinished last level would be the body, as thats in the title screen, so I am not totally sure if I actually reached the current end

im also stuck at the part when i have to use the needle, and the both eyes are open
